These terms set simple conditions for accessing the SFWD Studios website, learning about its products, and using the content published here. They are not the applications’ terms of use.

These terms apply only to use of the website and set the conditions expected for lawful use. They do not govern application accounts, shared data, purchases, or features. The Product Terms, the license presented by the store, and any specific conditions cover those contexts.
The website is operated by SFWD STUDIOS LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 68.097.694/0001-60, from São Paulo, Brazil, under the SFWD Studios brand. Any change to the applicable business details will be reflected here.
2. Content and product information
The website presents the studio, projects, ideas, and support information. Content about beta versions, future features, platforms, or dates reflects the state of planning when published and may change before release.
Nothing on this page is a promise of permanent availability, a binding commercial offer, or a guarantee that an idea being explored will be released.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the SFWD Studios brand, visual identity, logo, copy, images, interfaces, product names, and other original content belong to their respective rights holder or are used with permission. Any assignment or license to a legal entity will be reflected in these terms. Access to the website transfers no intellectual-property rights.
You may view the website and share links for personal and informational purposes. Reproduction, adaptation, commercial exploitation, or use suggesting an association with the studio requires prior permission unless the law allows otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
When using the website, you must not:
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the page.
- Attempt unauthorized access, circumvent protections, or introduce malicious code.
- Use automation abusively, degrade the service, impersonate the studio, or engage in unlawful activity.

Downloads, purchases, Game Center, iCloud, and other platform features are provided by third parties and follow their own terms and policies. Each SFWD Studios product may also present a license, privacy policy, and specific rules in the application or corresponding store.
External links are provided for convenience and transparency. We do not control the availability or content of third-party services.
6. Availability and responsibility
We may correct, update, suspend, or reorganize the website for maintenance, security, or the studio’s evolution. We work to keep information accurate and the experience reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights granted by law, including consumer-protection rules. To the extent permitted, we are not responsible for third-party services or for use of the website contrary to these terms.
7. Privacy
The Website Privacy Notice and Cookie & Local Storage Policy explain only processing connected to the page. Ultimate Truco, Ultimate Mahjong, and com.partilha have their own policies because each application handles different information and integrates different services.
8. Applicable law, changes, and contact
The laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil apply. Any dispute will be handled by the competent venue determined under applicable law, without limiting mandatory user rights.
